Privacy rights and requests

If you need help with privacy rights for data in getuserfeedback.com, start here. We support requests for access, deletion, correction, portability, objection, restriction, and consent withdrawal.

Some product features may help customers find or export the relevant data. Privacy-right fulfillment is coordinated through our team so we can verify the requester, identify the right workspace, and avoid deleting the wrong person's data.

Who should contact us

Contact us if you are:

  • a customer who needs help responding to a privacy request from one of your users
  • a respondent who submitted feedback through a getuserfeedback.com survey
  • an account user who wants access to, correction of, or deletion of account data
  • a security or privacy reviewer checking how requests are handled

What to send

Email hello@getuserfeedback.com with:

  • the right you want to exercise
  • the email address or identity that may be linked to the data
  • the workspace, company, survey link, or customer name if you know it
  • whether you are the account owner, a team member, a respondent, or acting on someone else's behalf

Do not send government IDs, passwords, full payment details, or other sensitive documents in the first message. If we need extra verification, we'll ask for the minimum information needed.

What happens next

We acknowledge the request, verify who can authorize it, and identify the data surfaces involved. If the request concerns respondent data collected for one of our customers, we may need to coordinate with that customer because they usually control how their survey data is used.

For requests made under GDPR, we aim to respond without undue delay and within one month. If a request is complex or unusually large, we may extend the timeline where the law allows it and explain the reason.

What we can help with

RequestWhat it means
AccessProvide a copy or summary of personal data linked to the requester.
DeletionDelete, anonymize, or suppress personal data where the law allows and no exception applies.
CorrectionFix inaccurate account, identity, or contact data.
PortabilityProvide data in a machine-readable format where required.
Objection or restrictionLimit certain processing where required.
Consent withdrawalStop non-essential processing controlled by consent.

What customers can configure
