• one public app API key for the right environment
• one published survey or flow you can actually open
• one person who can test the path end to end
• a decision on whether identity, JWT auth, and consent are required on day one

The shortest path

1. Install the launch path you chose.
2. Open one survey or flow from the same app key.
3. Submit one real response.
4. Confirm the response lands in the expected app.
5. Test the unhappy path if auth or identity matters.

What counts as done

You are done with the first launch when:

• the correct survey or flow opens
• the right environment receives the response
• the team knows which identifiers must be sent
• the team knows whether JWT auth needs to block broader rollout
